Preface

Arvion Network is building a digital currency that anyone can use from a smartphone: to keep value, to send it to someone else, and to pay. The currency is called ARV.

The project is in development and is built in successive steps. Today, the first step is live: anyone can mine and accumulate ARV with the free Arvion app on Android. The following steps are presented in this document with their real status: a wallet to send and receive ARV, payments between users, then payments at partner merchants and applications using ARV.

Throughout this whitepaper, every feature is marked Live, In development or Future. What is not marked Live is not available yet.

This is a living document. Technical and economic parameters are added as they are finalized, and each new version is announced on the official channels.

Introduction

Money is, before anything else, a way for people to exchange value with each other. In most of the world, the device people carry with them every day is no longer a wallet: it is a phone.

Digital currencies showed that value can move over the internet, from person to person. Yet for most people, they remain distant: hard to obtain, hard to understand and rarely used for the simple things money is made for: sending some to a relative, paying a friend back, buying something.

Arvion Network starts from a simple idea: a digital currency should be as easy to obtain and to use as the phone it lives on.

Arvion is a mobile digital currency for simple transfers and payments worldwide.

The problem

Obtaining a digital currency is out of reach

Traditional crypto mining requires specialized hardware, technical skills and a large amount of energy. It has become an industrial activity, closed to ordinary people. For most, the only remaining way in is to buy, which assumes money, access to a platform, and confidence in a process they do not understand.

Using it is complicated

Wallets, keys, long addresses and specialized vocabulary keep most people at a distance. A tool meant to make value move freely ends up being used by a small, technical minority.

Sending value is still not simple

Many people still have no simple way to send value to someone else, especially across countries. A digital currency only becomes useful when it can be sent and used as easily as a message.

The approach

Arvion Network answers the three problems above in order:

• Access. ARV is obtained by mining it from a phone, in one tap a day, with no hardware to buy and no technical setup.
• Simplicity. Everything happens in a single app, available in 12 languages, designed for people who have never used a cryptocurrency.
• Use. Once a community holds ARV, the network adds, step by step, the features that make it useful: sending, receiving, then paying.

The order matters. A currency needs people who hold it before it can be sent, and people who send it before it can be used to pay. That is why Arvion Network starts with mining and community, and builds utility on top of them.

ARV, the currency

ARV is the native digital currency of Arvion Network. It is designed to be held, sent and used for payments from a smartphone, anywhere in the world.

ARV has a single purpose: simple transfers and payments. Every feature of the network serves that purpose, and the path from today to that goal can be summarized in five words:

Mining on mobile

Mining is how ARV is distributed during the current phase. It rewards people for their regular participation in the network, not for the computing power of their device.

How a session works

1. The user opens the Arvion app and starts a mining session with one tap.
2. The session runs for 24 hours. The app does not need to stay open.
3. When the session ends, the user claims it: the ARV mined is credited to their balance, and a new session can be started.

What determines the reward

Each session mines at an hourly rate, fixed when the session starts and kept until it ends. That rate is made of:

• The base rate, set for the whole network: 0.25 ARV per hour today, that is 6 ARV for a 24-hour session. It is cut in half each time the network reaches a new size: at 10,000, 100,000 and 1,000,000 users. Early members earn more, and the community share lasts longer.
• The Security Circle bonus. Each user can build a circle of up to five people they invited. Every active member adds 1 % to the hourly rate, up to +5 % when the circle is complete. A member counts as active when they have started a mining session within the last 48 hours: it is real activity that counts, not the number of accounts.

In addition, when an invited person completes a mining session, the person who invited them receives a fixed amount of ARV, provided they are mining themselves at that moment. Inviting others is rewarded only while one stays active.

The parameters of mining are set at the network level and may be adjusted as the community grows. The rates that apply to each user are always shown in the app.

Why it does not drain the phone

Mining ARV does not use the phone's processor to solve calculations. A session is a sign of participation; the reward is calculated by the network. The phone's battery and data usage are therefore not affected by mining.

Fairness and security

• Session times are measured by the network, not by the phone's clock: changing the time on a device does not speed up or extend a session.
• Rewards are calculated by the network from the rates fixed at the start of the session, never from a value sent by the app.
• Every movement of ARV is recorded in the user's history with a unique reference, so that a session cannot be credited twice.

The path of utility

The utility of ARV is built in four steps. Each step rests on the previous one, and only the first is live today.

This progression is deliberate. Transfers are useful only once many people hold ARV; payments become possible once transfers are simple and reliable; merchants and applications join once people pay with ARV. Each step creates the conditions for the next.

Wallet & transfers

Today, the Arvion app shows each user their ARV balance and the history of every movement. Sending and receiving ARV are not available yet: they are the next step, currently in development.

The wallet is being designed around three principles:

• Simple. Sending ARV to someone should feel as natural as sending a message, without technical vocabulary.
• Between people. Transfers are made from one user to another, wherever they live.
• Traceable. Every transfer sent or received appears in the history of both users.

Your keys stay yours

The wallet will be non-custodial, in two steps:

1. Linking an existing wallet. Each user will be able to link the address of a wallet they already own, and prove it is theirs with a free signature. Arvion Network never sees their recovery phrase.
2. A wallet inside the app. A 24-word recovery phrase will be created on the phone itself and kept encrypted on it. The user writes it down and confirms a few of the words. The phrase is never sent to Arvion Network's servers, and no one from Arvion Network will ever ask for it.

Anyone who asks for your recovery phrase, in a message, a call or a form, is trying to steal your ARV.

The availability of sending and receiving will be announced on the official channels. Until then, no one can send or request ARV on behalf of Arvion Network: any message claiming otherwise should be ignored.

Payments & ecosystem

Payments between users

Once transfers are in place, ARV is meant to be used to pay another user directly from the phone: paying someone back, settling a small purchase between individuals, sharing a cost.

Partner merchants

In a later phase, Arvion Network intends to develop the acceptance of ARV by partner merchants. No merchant partnership has been announced to date; any partnership will be published on the official channels.

An ecosystem of applications

Finally, ARV is meant to be used inside applications built around it, by Arvion Network and, over time, by other developers. The more places ARV can be used, the more useful it becomes for the people who hold it.

These uses are future developments. They describe the direction of the project, not features available today.

Network & token economics

The current phase

During the current phase, the ARV mined by each user is recorded in their account in the Arvion app, together with the full history of their movements. This phase builds the community and the distribution of ARV before transfers between users are opened.

Supply

The maximum supply of ARV is fixed at 10,000,000,000 ARV. No more can ever be created.

Distribution

The tokenomics page presents the same figures.

Reward mechanisms

ARV is given out only by mining and by the referral rewards linked to it. Daily rewards, tasks and games in the app give Arvion Points (APV), which are separate from ARV. No advertisement ever gives ARV or APV.

From the app to a blockchain

When ARV moves to a blockchain, the balances already earned in the app are carried over:

• the date on which balances are recorded is announced in advance on the official channels;
• 1 ARV in the app becomes 1 ARV on chain, for accounts that have passed identity verification (KYC);
• ARV is released gradually, so that the network is not destabilized on the first day;
• a balance not claimed before the announced deadline returns to the community share.

No date and no price are promised.

Community

A currency is worth what its users make of it. Arvion Network is built first by its community: the people who mine every day, who invite others, who create content, who build tools and who carry the project in their own country.

The community also shapes the order of priorities. Feedback from users guides the development of the app and of the next steps, and every important announcement is published on the official channels.

Official information is published only on arvionnetwork.com, in the Arvion app and on the channels listed on the community page.

Roadmap

The roadmap gives a direction, not dates. A step changes status only when it really changes state.

This whitepaper describes a project in development. What is marked In development or Future is a direction of development: each step is announced on the official channels when it becomes available. Parameters described here are set at network level and may be adjusted as the network develops.
